Email Deliverability

Hit the Inbox

Often overlooked is the attention to minute detail that focusses not just on deliverability, but deliverability to the inbox. We have decades of combined experience in the fine arts of email deliverability. At the core of this are DNS settings, monitoring, actioning and controls. Simply put, we are all over this.

DMARC Setting & Monitoring

Domain-based Message Authentication, Reporting and Conformance is an email authentication protocol. It is designed to give domain owners the ability to protect their domain from unauthorized use, commonly known as email spoofing.

02
02
SPF records & signing

The Sender Policy Framework (SPF) is an email-authentication technique which we use to prevent spammers from sending messages on behalf of your domain. With SPF we can publish authorized mail servers.

DKIM Signatures

DKIM (Domain Keys Identified Mail) is an email authentication technique that allows the receiver to check that an email was indeed sent and authorized by the owner of that domain. This is done by giving the email a digital signature.

Inbox Placement

Utilizing DMARC alongside SPF and DKIM is part of the story, we also look at sending rates, and sender header structure to get your emails into the inbox and not in other filtered labels or folders.
